ARBITRATION

Our Firm undertakes work relating to Arbitration and Conciliation Law, including matters governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Assistance is provided in arbitration-related proceedings before arbitral tribunals and courts exercising jurisdiction under the Act. It includes drafting and vetting of arbitration clauses and dispute resolution provisions, initiation and conduct of domestic arbitration proceedings; assistance in constitution of arbitral tribunals and filing of pleadings, evidence, and written submissions before arbitral tribunals.
